    Looks good, what trigger did you put in, or did you do a DIY job (cut spring and polish)?

        just some ebay kit- spring and travel screw. nice 3.5 lb pull.

          Affordable Accuracy. I put one in my son’s. I like his trigger more than the Velocity drop in on my AR that cost 10x’s more!

              Did I miss caliber?

              I love my Savages, but I never shot an Axis model.

                Looks good! You will like what the rifle delivers. The Axis is a economy priced rifle, but it is not a cheap rifle. It will shoot lights out. Glad you fixed the trigger. I cut my spring and polished up parts with Flitz. It breaks at a clean 3lbs now. Before finding out about Ebay fix.
                Good luck with it. Mine is a tack driver.

                  its a 22-250. shot great before i was within an inch at 100 off shooting sticks. took 3 deer with it the first weekend i got it.

                        Very nice set up. I built one for my daughter two years ago in a .243
                        Accurate as heck! She is 11 and can out shoot me any day of the week...

                          Here is mine. Boyds pepper stock, Boyds SS trigger guard, EGW base, Warne Optima rings, Leupold Rifleman scope 3x9x40, Dang good rifle for the price.
