Bacon Explosion

My buddy sent this to me a few weeks ago. Thing looks like a heart attack but we gave it a shot anyways. Turned out great - the pan sausage was geat! Next time we're gonna try to make it like a bacon cheese burger!

I saw one just like that but it didn't have sausage. It was full of shredded cheddar cheese. Then saw this one today on another forum.

This is definately a Super Bowl type of food. Of course with all the bacon, you need to cook it slow and away from flames or smoke it. The one we made took about 3 hours on a gas grill and came out great! We made it for the National Championship game.
