At HEB, look for their fresh salsa in a clear plastic container. Get the hot. Thank me later. I live Julio's Serrano and hot but ate so much I had to take a break.. [emoji16]

HEB used to have a house brand roasted salsa that was my favorite when we lived in Tejas many moons ago.

I like the Julios' in the glass jar, especially the hot. Serrano Julios' is real good too.

For the guy's that like Hell on the Red, do yourself a favor and try the Kylito's hot salsa. Same flavor and texture but it actually has some heat to it where Hell on the Red hot has little to no heat.

At HEB they have salsa near the pico/prepackaged fruits in a bag that's pretty good.

Fresher than anything canned.

Yep, hard to beat the freshly made salsa at HEB.

I prefer the kind that’s free when folks invite me over to their place or a restaurant for dinner.

Or maybe even sneak into an outdoor wedding or birthday party uninvited where there’s lots of folks and one can blend in unnoticed.
