Someone hit a mountain lion on the highway in mineral wells

Not far from me and I drive thru there every week, I bet it was close to Keechi Creek. There is a small field in the creek bottom and one morning I drove thru there and swore I seen one standing in the field. I just kept driving and shook my head thinking I was seeing things.

I saw what my eyes told me was a mountain lion, but my brain said it couldn't be. It was dead on I20 west of Weatherford, near the Brock exit. This was a Wednesday and on Saturday my daughter came over. First thing she said was "Dad, did you see the mountain lion dead on the highway"? This was just last January.

Waiting for all the guys who have never seen one to chime in and say it's impossible just because.....they've never seen one.

Fake News!!! I learned from another thread that only black panthers live in rural areas of Texas.

He is "defiantly" holding a mountain lion.

House cat, him holding it in front of him makes it look bigger than it is.

Had to say it before someone else did. They are out there from the Sabine to the Rio Grande.
