You ain't missin much. Unless you like slimy meat on a bun and not even getting out of McDonald's before you gotta hit the toilet. God forbid you ate one on the way home. If you plan on it you might want to ask for extra napkins....you'll be looking for a place to drop a McRib before you reach your destination.
