Red on black knife project

Just wrapping up some final sanding but this is some red thread I got to try out on the black sheath for this little carbon fiber blade I made. It’s a small version of the Ferrari project I did a while back and I’m digging the red thread. Need to try the bright yellow on black next.

Thanks! And it shaves like a razor. Little back story on this one. We have a family friend with two adopted sons and one seems to succeed with everything while the other really seems to struggle a bit. We really believe in him and see a lot of potential so the hope is it will be a graduation surprise that will encourage him a bit so it made this one a special build.

Double extra nice! Where do you get the colored thread from and what is it made of? Nylon?

Thanks! I get it from Leather Machine Co. out of California and it's a premium polyester bonded thread. They have lots of colors.
