Mount made from a picture?

A cousin of mine had his house catch on fire several months ago and it was a total loss? He lost some very nice shoulder mounts that he had accumulated over the years. My question is there a way to have mounts/horns made from pictures via some type of imagery process? Thanks

Not in that process, but a good taxi should be able to make replicas if you have measurements/scores.

We had talks to a gentleman that had said he had seen someone advertising this at one of the gun shows in Houston a few years ago. It was at the GRB center but of course he couldn't remember who was the vendor.
