Can you guys recommend some excellent BBQ beef only in East or Northeast TX?
Is the place in Emory worth buying from? Seen a bbq place or two in Canton.

Riverport in Jefferson is fantastic. Bodacious in longview across from the college has some of the best brisket on earth.

Stanley’s is good.
In Nacogdoches you should visit Brendyn’s BBQ food truck at the intersection of North St and Main st. He is there thurs-sat until sold out and he sets up downtown for events. Very good stuff

For GREAT BBQ in Livingston I will agree. For good BBQ I would try PittRow Pitstop.
