2014 f150 with 3.5 eco boost 43,000 miles. Has HID head lights, leather seats, reverse camera/sensors
$25,500.

Initial thoughts are you should be able to do a little better for a 2014 model
But I wouldn’t say it’s too far off

I think you could get in a 4x4 for that. I'd be thinking closer to 20k, but I know the market has changed a bit with all the cars wiped out by Harvey.

What are similar trucks selling for in the same area? That price will be better estimate than looking at blue book or edmunds.

4x4 with similar miles is more like $32k-$35k. I have a '14 F150 with 40k miles and NADA is still $36k. Trade in was $31k.
OP if you don't need 4x4 I think it's a decent deal. Maybe get them down to $22k.

That is too much for a 2014. You should be able to get one brand new for just a little more than that.
