        Tuesday stuff plus extra sets of DB skull crushers, ab rope pulldowns, and ab wheel rollouts.

        Then 35 minutes of elliptical on variety mode.

        Seeing some good gains in my squats and bench. Went from zero dips in January to 3 sets of 10. Abs are feeling much stronger too. I was afraid that after three major abdominal surgeries in three years that I would never be able to get any ABS back. Slow and steady does the trick.

          Hamstrings and shoulders today.

          Deadlift/lateral raise
          Prone leg curl/dumbbell shoulder press
          Incline front raise/calf raise
          Upright row/leg raises

          Low back and hip pain hindered everything today. I have an appointment with an orthopedic this morning. I hope he can figure out what's wrong.

            Look up SmashwerXs on YouTube. He has a lot of good stretches utilizing bands. It’s like traction and has greatly helped me out.

              Dang it. Just left the orthopedic office. Hip is bone on bone. Bone spurs everywhere. He said my hip looks like crap. I’m gonna kick the van down the road a little and start with his prescribed anti inflammatory meds. Go back in two months. Might do the steroid shots then. After that, I got nothing but surgery ahead of me. I’m bummed.

                That sucks man. Get a couple opinions and get it over with is the way I roll. I hope it works out better for you

                    Sorry to hear about your hips Sabre. Hopefully they can get you fixed up with as little down time as possible.

                        Skipped my Wednesday off day and went ahead and did Thursday's work out. Had the wife with me on her first trip to the gym and we did the same workout. Plus 30 minute treadmill incline walk.

                                Almost threw up going through it that fast lol
