          Red Sheep? That’s my guess.

I'm not sure what kind of sheep that is. But, we've got a bunch of mouflon/barbado type sheep on our lease. They'll camp out on a feeder and they'll run the deer off the feeder as well. I'm laying down everyone of them I can find.

Me too! Over two weekends in early November last year we took out about 25 of them on our lease. The neighboring lease still has them and I heard some on Saturday when I was in the stand, but they stayed on the neighbors.

One of the lease neighbors complained to me last year about the sheep and the lack of "trophy deer". I told him they needed to kill all those sheep. The landowners don't even want them there. They didn't want to shoot them during the season for fear of running off the deer. I think I finally convinced him to go out after the season closed and start laying them down. He said he counted 34 in his "canyon" one morning and he had ten on his feeder that morning. SMH, cuz I'd have been slinging lead if that had been my stand.

Whatever type of sheep it is, looks like a ewe if you look at the underside
