at this point in the game... Millions. that guy has had a ~30,000 acre pasture on the king ranch for a long time. He's the (ex) CEO of US sugar.

Yep. I hunted a a large pasture with some guys and i don't know the exact yearly lease cost but it was substantial...VERY substantial
