I don't have a picture of it, but yes. I welded a lever to the "plunger" on the inside.

if I didn't have access to a butt load of "cheap" 2" light wall tubing.

For some reason it didn't load all of your first post and I went back and saw this, now I know why you use so much tubing! If you ever run across "too much" I'd be interested in buying some!
