Ok got some new pictures and updates. The rain has put a serious dent in my timing plans. 17 years in this area and have never seen this much water out there. Anyway I have all the plumbing stubbed in and the shower fixture in. Also have 2 walls in the living/kitchen area done to the ceiling. Put up trim around the doors and framed in around 2 of the windows. I will still put trim around the edge of the windows just ran out of lumber. It is really starting to look like a small house and can't wait to get it finished up. Hopefully by next weekends end will have running water inside and functional toilet and shower!Attached FilesComment

It’s 12 feet out and is 2 inches lower at the edge than at the cabin. Not much drop but it is metal so water runs right off.Originally posted by Texas8point View PostComment

It's really looking nice. I would only suggest you put rain gutters on the porches. I learned the hard way that they are needed.

Got the kitchen wall done and the cabinets up. Also installed the microwave. The far right will be a refrigerator. The far left will be a stove then a 18 dishwasher. Really turned out better than I thought it would! Will try and finish the bathroom walls this weekend.Attached FilesComment
