Custom Homemade Tab

I liked the style 3 tab so much, I figured I better make me a spare.

Since the brown one has a spliced face it will be the spare.

I received my roll of 3" cordura, and used it on the black one, so no splice necessary. I'll be using it as my go to.

I just came in from shooting probably 75 to 100 shots, and my fingers don't feel like I've been shooting at all.

I need to get some template/die cutters make to cut the pieces out with now, and I'll be good to go for production.

OK, so playing with pig pictures isn't all I did today.
I also got my paper templates made to make my metal templates with for my tabs.

I found some more old boot leather, so I made up a couple from the paper templates.

They will be a lot better when I get the metal templates made.

I've got templates for small (2.25"), medium (2.5"), large (2.75"), and extra large (3")

These are the large.
