I'm not 100% but I'm 99.9% sure I heard a story about him drawing on a guy that walked in his store open carrying a pistol on his belt! Heard that at a weatherford gun shop a few months ago. they told me to go see him just for the experience!

Yeah, I started this thread back in '10 becuz I ordered a shotgun online. Supposedly, he was an authorized dealer. I called him to see if he could return it for repair. Told him I bought it online and he said I was breaking the law by buying guns from any state that didn't touch texas. I told him it went through an FFL dealer. I even researched the law and told him he was incorrect.
He hung up on me.

Since it is on the main drag, drive by it often and there are very few if any cars there.
There are definitely other options in Granbury now. Pirates Den, Carey and Sons, Marksmen (formerly Brazos River outfitters), and of course Walmart. There is also another gun dealer in a brake or tire shop that came up when I was looking for a FFL

2nd time and my LAST, just about 2 years ago...I asked for a specific caliber/brand and he bluntly said it was s..t? I just looked at him and turned to walk out without saying a word. He proceeded to cuss my out and my final comment was...."if I still carried the badge, you would be going to jail!" He was still yelling and cussing as I got in my truck...won't EVER go back...unreal!!!
