Come celebrate at Nanza....plenty of people to wish your kids a Happy Birthday and congratulate your wife for hanging in there another year

There is a group that will stay up pretty late....and then there is a group that blew it out on Friday night with moonshine (LOL), as well as the pit crew that was up before daylight that will be at a slower pace. The park is usually empty around dark. Some stay up guitar picking and singing at the Hotel afterwards.

No, pre-orders are only available with prepay. I will have extras there ... I just canít guarantee how fast they will go. Some years they sell out, some years I have leftovers.

Just make sure you get to the pavilion where I have everything when I open.....usually around 9íishí.

I know how to google camp grounds but is there any camp sites for RVs that anyone is using close by? I’m gonna see if I can get some of my local TBH friends to go. I’d rather camp if I can.

Well, I was all excited about attending my 1st Bownanza this year. But, I just had to cancel my hotel reservation. My wife has a surgery scheduled the week before. I'm going to need to stay home to make sure she's taken care of. Maybe next year. Y'all have a cold one for me.

Priorities. Itís all about priorities.

Your wife should be able to take care of herself a few days after surgery!

Lol! While that's probably true, I need to make sure. Apparently the recovery from this one is pretty painful.

Troy, check your PM's. I have an extra bed in my room. You are welcome to take it for free if you will stay all day Saturday and go home Sunday, or just come on down Friday and stay the weekend.

For a bownanza newbie, what are the essentials we should not forget to bring? Chairs, bug spray, sunscreen, etc, etc? We'll be arriving Friday evening and staying through Sunday morning. Thanks for any and all input/advice.

Well not in our sizes they don't, but for the guys that don't require Husky in their size I figured it would be useful information.

That husky label really scarred me as a kid. I would pick out a nice pair of toughskins at Sears and my mom would say "Bobby those arent Husky, put those back.". The rest of my siblings would laugh and point. Please be careful throwing around that term. Thank you

You mean picked them out of the Sears and Roebuck catalog, correct? Surely Sears didn't have stores yet when you were a kid.

I always thought the kids that needed the slim sizes just didn't have a momma or grandmas that knew how to cook.

I think it was before my time here. But I've seen the famous jean booty shorts references. I don't know if I would feel right taking Away from that legacy
