havn't been a tractor owner for long,,, did a lot of research before i bought my first one,, a little mahindra max 26xl,,,, insurance paid off after Harvey and i did not even look again i went right back to the dealer and bought another mahindra 26 hp,,, for my needs it has been fantastic and has more lift than Deere or Kubtoa small tractors of similar hp,,, it has been a work horse i have had no problems with either one, and it does not need def fluid!!!!

You take race cars in as trade for a tractor? lol. Have a 68 nova drag car we’re trying to get rid of for a tractor.

It is a 100hp but at 60-80 you might as well bump up to 100 and get it over with. Have a 60, 95, and finally this 100 hp JD. Its nice to have the power when needed. That said I hate using it when doing little tasks.

I had the same tire setup on mine and switched the front left and right tires, wow is it more stable...

But mine is a little smaller tractor

Any tractor 75hp and under doesn't have DEF. Any tractor made 2014 and earlier doesn't have DEF. Even though tractors 75hp and under doesn't have DEF, they still have emissions crap on them.

Good information. I wonder if you can delete them like trucks?

No need to unless you are idling around all the time. Run the RPMS and make it work.
