any ideas on how to make a trail cam

I have a Sony digital camera that have the lcd cracked but it still takes pictures. Is there a way to make this into a trail cam.

Chasingame.com is definitely a great place, but if you want to spend some money and pull hair on putting everyingthing together...just go buy a name brand camera and be done with it
