    100 Yard Shooting Range

I've always done my best archery shooting when I simi regularly practiced shooting long distances.

To that end, I got my shooting lane cleared out, cleaned up, and pushed on back to 100 yards.

It is marked off from 10 to 100 yards in 10 yard increments.

i'd need a scoped sight to have a chance at that distance.

I am facing almost due east when facing the target.

What I need to do now is scavenge up 10 3D targets, and set them up to shoot at from each stake to the south at varying distances.

              Naa.

I figure I'll have to multiply my 50 yard gap by 2.5.
Actually, I'm not joking about that. These arrows weigh almost 650 grains.
They shoot real fast at "normal" distances, but I figure they are gonna nose
dive pretty good that far away.

              Gonna giver a whirl tomorrow.

Academy, I Believe, sells a sight you can add on for further distance. I’ve seen them before.

Not only did I work my tail off clearing this out, and have the aches & pains from it this morning, but evidently I am paying for it in other ways also.

No, that's not a snake bite.

It's a spider bite. Probably a big tree spider, and it likely hitched a ride (on me) into the house sometime yesterday, then crawled in bed with me sometime last night.

Evidently it wasn't happy about being kidnapped. LOL

Shooting 100 yards sounds like fun. I just need to figure out how to look through binoculars and draw my bow at the same time!

That distance will definitely put the "arch" in archery!

                            Nice work!
