Is there anything that will kill this spawn of satan for good? You can spray it and kill the plant, but it keeps coming back! Please help!

You probably have to dig up the tuber. Once the tuber is gone it should not come back.

Good luck. I dug these dang things out over and over and over. I finally hired a guy to dig out everything 6' x 6' and 3' deep. Threw out all the dirt and bought more dirt. Still had some sprout up but not as bad. You gotta stay on top of it because they will take over.
