Default Team Taquito

Round 4 of Team Taquito - "Best thing you’ve had in the morning since sex!”

Mark (SAC) and I will be working on a slight revision on last year’s list, but I figured I’d start the thread. Besides a bit of a dysfunctional start to last year’s romp, I think things went pretty well. Of course we're always looking to improve. So we'd like some input from last year’s team on what we could improve on. First thing is Kevin (Texastaxi) is off the team. I kept tripping over him…that and he forgot the cheese.

Mark and I plan on replacing the classic multi-disc cooking system we’ve been running with for previous years. Specifics are still top secret (cause we don’t even know yet). More to follow...
Other changes include our packaging and delivery system.

As always, anyone is invited to join the team. Our team grew last year and I’m sure it will again this year.
Who's in?

I don't care what you think, Mark and Brian like me, so I'm NOT off the team.

I volunteer my superior supervisory skills and I'll bring some grub, as well.
I'd also like you monkeys to practice. I don't want to see any burnt eggs this year!

Did Mary approve the slogan?

Thank heaven's this finally showed up, I thought obese going to have to find a different team to join.

Needless to say, I'm in for this again. And 4 lbs of potatoes isn't nearly enough, even when the guy bringing them really brings 6 lbs.
Also, I bought a couple of stainless bowls from a kitchen supply store for stuff when it is done and what I think is a better container for scrambling the eggs in.

Anyone want to head up the T-shirt end of things this year? I suspect my next couple of months here at work are going to be crazy. Plus the girl I used last year to help design the shirt (for free) is no longer with my company. Therefore, if someone has the design ability or have access to someone that does, I would happily hand over that task.

Yo, team! Does anyone have a garden cart, like this one?

Name: wagon.jpg
Views: 598
Size: 15.9 KB

I had one, and it had a split type tounge harness that you could pull it with a lawnmower.
If anyone of you have one, or know someone that does, that will let me borrow it the weekend of BOWnanza, please contact me.

There are some that have sides (usually removeable) and that kind would work too.

Who's in?

Have you considered mixing the salsa in with the taquitos since the tacos are packaged, and that you guys have used walk around and "hand delivered" the breakfast tacos? The salsa has mainly stayed around the area where you guys cook the tacos.

I plan on sending you guys some Salsa this year, will try and be there but no promises.

We are working on a new cooking system and a delivery system. Both are in planning stages, ironing out kinks. Chad is out skiing, so we'll be at it hard next week. Hopefully fabrication starts soon.

We added potatoes last year and I will bring, as well as make those again. I brought 8 lbs (after being told to only bring 5) last year and we ran out and had people wanting more so I am upping the amount. I may bring my own disc to cook them on so it doesn't hamper cooking the other necessities.
