That appears to be one of Mike Tyson's birds. I fear he shall eat your children.

We killed 6 or 7 out of a group of about 20 that made the mistake of flying over our duck blind one year. We put a hurt on some poor bird-racing man's crew. We actually felt pretty bad about it....then we wrapped them in bacon.

Banded pigeon

If you do a google search you can normally narrow it down to the club or person who’s bird it is. We have shot a few over the years shooting pigeons in feed lots and cutting horse ranches. I’ll see if I can find some pics.

I got one that belonged to a San Antonio club for homing pigeons. Still have the band.
