    I would rough in the plumbing as well ,unless you have a great deal going.
    Its quite simple $hiz goes down hill 1" in 10'

      who are you using for the building? the wife and I are about to start a barndo project also.

      ours will be a 60x40 living and then step up 2 ft and a 40 x 40 shop attached to it if I can afford it.

              Burned some brush piles this morning. All kids of critters came running out haha.


              My first big surprise expense has been fill dirt. An added $3200 that I had not planned for.

                      In on this one... Exact same plan for my place, though I'm budgeting $125k. Looking forward to all the updates.

                      Just getting my bids back on culvert, well, septic, electric, and driveway before I can start the building.
