We are having about 50 people over tomorrow including kids to celebrate 1 year of our home flooding from Harvey.
We wanted to say thank you to all the people that helped us out since the first day our home flooded.
I was going to have bbq catered in because I’ve never cooked for this many people. Glad I ended up smoking everything myself.
Ended up smoke 32 pounds of pork shoulder for 11.5 hours as well as about 12 pounds of boneless chicken thighs. Only left tomorrow is to grill some hot dogs and warm this stuff up in the oven! Will be great to see everyone and thank them again!
