What kind of cat?

Alright here is another what kind of cat is this. I know what I think it is but want to see what everyone else thinks, maybe someone knows a little more about them than me. The front of the pen is about 2 feet or so higher than where the cat is and the cat is probably about 25 ft past the front of the pen. I got the pic to upload had to resize it.
