    Scoring an 8

So I'm pretty positive I know the answer to this, but I want to see what the rest of y'all say. When scoring an 8 do you get 6 or 8 mass measurements?

      8. Last one is taken halfway between the g3 and end of main beam.

That is what I do, but there is a lot of people that don't take 8 if there is no more than 10 points.

                    You guys made my day!
                    Are you sure about this?
Is this for "gross" scoring BC?

                        Yes 10000% per b&c scoring

Still use 8 measurements for Net but net is after deductions (the difference in inches between left And right antler)

Gross is total inches before deductions

I've been underscoring for years. All the boys on my lease set me straight this year. I always thought if it was an 8 point you only got 6 mass measurements. Never stop learning. I told them it's because I only shot 10's and up, hehe.
