Here is my award winning chili recipe for those of you that were asking for it enjoy!
Deer and Beer Chili 2 pounds ground venison ½ pound of pork breakfast sausage 1 – 8 oz can of diced tomatoes 1- 12 oz. bottle of cocktail sauce 1 – Small can of rotel 2 – Anaheim Peppers 2 – Poblano Peppers 2 – Jalapeño Peppers 2 – Banana Peppers 2 – Bottles of Shiner Bach 1 – Pkg of two alarm chili mix 2 – Yellow diced onions Mrs. Dash, Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning, Garlic Salt, Sea Salt & Black Pepper 1. Cut peppers, de-seed and then let them sit in a bowl of ice water completely submerged. 2. Mix chili meat and sausage together, in frying pan. Season meat with Mrs. Dash’s, Sea Salt, Pepper, Tony Chachere’s Creole & Garlic Salt while browning. 3. Dice Peppers while meat is browning. 4. Then add onions to meat while browning. 5. Brown until it reaches the consistency that you prefer. 6. Now add diced peppers – Let them soften a bit before next step. 7. Place in a 4 quart stock pot, do not drain. 8. Add tomatoes 9. Add ½ can of Rotel 10. Add Cocktail Sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. 11. Grab two bottles of Shiner, drink ½ of one and then add the rest to the stock. 12. Take Chili seasoning from two alarm and add everything except for salt and Masa. 13. Let cook until meat is tender, and then serve it up!

Last chili I made (with $$ doe meat) I used this stuff and was very pleased... ![]() I think it is going to show up in more dishes at my house.

You can make it as hot as you want just work with the red pepper.
