Looks like a pork tenderloin sandwich from one of those northern states to me...CFS in Texas wouldn’t be on a bun and would have gravy on it! Although I will admit it is Texas sized!

That was exactly my first thought before reading this!!! If it is a pork tenderloin sandwich, it is an awesome meal!!!!!
