I like it. Depends on the bone/animal though, pork bones go to the dog.

Yeah, it was totally accidental. Bone just disintegrated when I bit in to it. Not bad!!
Just got me curious if people actually eat them on purpose?

Don't eat the bones, but we make bone broth in exactly the same way you posted. My wife roasts the bones, then into the crock pot they go with some veggies and red wine. Let them roll for about 2 or 3 days, then we can it. WAY better than store bought and you can adjust the seasonings and salt to your taste.

Yes mom would pressure cook them. Dad was worried about us having hard bones. They were good.........

Bone broth is good for what's ails you, I have for breakfast instead of food and coffee several times a month.

Seriously though. We just use them for flavor in stew/beans and throw out to dogs. I'm not sure I could eat anything after a week!

I think he means they have been using the Crock-Pot everyday for a week.
Y'all need to learn to read between the lines and have an intellectual leap every now and then lol [emoji16]

Anyways, I just had a bowl and the bones just chew right up.
                        Anyone?
Man, that sounds about as appetizing as someone’s euro mount macerating in the hot sun for a week.

She would start them when she got up and we would have them for dinner.....
