We've gone the last weekend of August for the past few years. Something about being after school starts and before labor day really things the crowds out.

Really hoping they get a good rain before then, but the house we rent has a pool so that is the backup plan.

Looks like Leakey/Concan got some good rainfall this morning. Was glad to see that.

We be leaving the 1st and staying 6 days. Staying at Nannas across from the park.
Walk next door to Parkview Riverside RV. Go in the store and ask them to look around. We go there every year. Much nicer than Nana's. Air conditioned bathrooms with a code to keep the river rats out. Lots of room between campers, no tents and very nice family that owns it. Great access to the river at the Garner dam.

We've already been and come home. I stayed at both parks and they are owned by the same family

Water running, if you can call it that, 15 cf/sec.
First time in 27 years that we won’t be going to Garner. Oh well.

That's what I was afraid of. Looks like we will be hanging out at our pool all weekend.
