The biggest expense is not the FiberGlass or Epoxy, it's the Bud Lite involved in the building process.

Tell more about the strips.
How thick are they?
How wide are they?
Are they all straight edged?
What do you do to get them to all fit snugly together?
What holds all this together, just glue?
