    So Congress can pass a bi partisan bill.... smh. No, the feds have overstepped their authority. This is a state issue. Most states already have laws on this too.

              Weed isn't taxed at a federal level since it is still technically an illegal substance.

              Part of the sales tax you pay when buying a bong isn't sent to the Feds, but it is when you buy a tree stand.

              i don't disagree that if the government would decriminalize weed, and start taxing the growers and distributors, it would be a financial windfall like this world has never seen. But that probably won't happen any time soon.
