They guy on the other end of the phone when I called was "Charles". Doubt it's a scam since they quoted my account number, details, and our billing with just my phone number.

wow mine just went from $59 which was already good because i had a couple of other promotions going on with the free hbo because i'm an at&t customer and went with the unlimited data so it give me free hbo for life and a $25 bill credit to my directv, to only $19 a month before taxes
