Looking for a Black Window PCH

All things being considered, including I prefer a take down bow - The PCH, and the PMA are in my opinion the best of the Blackwidow lineup.

For a bow in the 58 to 60" length, the PCH would be my choice.
For a bow in the 62 to 64" length, the PMA would be my choice.

They are very nice bows. They do have some quirks, but those quirks are easily overcome.

What are the quirks? and how do you overcome them?

It's arrow spine and BW are made to be shot with a cant. Keep the BRACE HEIGHT correct and use blackwidow strings

They are one of the very best where manufacturing quality, and structural integrity are concerned, and their tolerances in manufacturing are not surpassed by anyone.

One of the oldest traditional bow manufacturers still around. Changed hands a few times but still top shelf bows built like Sherman Tanks. Special ordered three myself but have owned several others over the years. Like Buff I have never shot a bad one nor ever had one let me down. I have owned many other very nice custom bows and after turning 70 last Nov. didn't think I should order any more custom bows, but after careful consideration for about a year and a half I finally decided to do it anyway and ordered what might be my last custom bow. It is my new Black Widow SAXS. Took me awhile to get it, in fact longer than any of my other BW bows, but in the end the wait was worth it.

Black Widow makes the best recurves......longbows not so much, but their recurves are the best!
