I just got in and my Hughes Net WiFi isn’t working. The motem doesn’t show any activity at all. So I tried calling and the automated voice said “we are experiencing extremely high call volume at this time wait time could reach 10 minutes” so I waited and when the automated voice came back to ask my 5 digit zip code I typed it in and then they hung up on me. Didn’t know if anyone else was having this problem. It was working couple hours ago.

We have it at the farm and it sucks right now but makes me deal better that maybe it’s a system issue

Mine is down..no update on the website. ... and you can't get thru on the phone.
First time I have had issues. Glad I got plenty of data to use my phone as a hot spot.Comment

Hughesnet sucks. I had it for 3 years, and it was so bad, that I switched to DSL......which qualified as a significant upgrade in my opinion. The only way I'd ever consider Hughesnet again, is if there was no other alternative, to use.Comment
