Default 6 point - with 2 shot angles

This took a while to pull off. A lot of things had to come together, my target buck actually showing up and him showing up in the right spot. I'm no Rob Ayala when it comes to video production, but I think this gets the job done.
Shot him at around 10 yards.

First link shows the shot from where I'm sitting, looking down.

This second link is of my GoPro camera looking back towards me, the reverse angle.

It might just be my computer or the way you embedded the video, but I cannot see anything.

Nice capture

You had more deer around you at one time than I usually see in a season.

I was by myself. Usually I have Ryan with me (rconn), but he chose to work over hunting. So LDPs aren't very majestic.

Very cool 2nd video. Could you give some more info on your setup? I can see the tripod at the base of the tree and your another 5 feet above that with what looks like some netting around you. Just impressive that you were able to draw with 6 deer in front of you and 3 deer behind you.

That is an awesome 6 pt and great video. You really should add some slo-mo in there if you can to show the arrow exiting!

Thanks a lot, guys!

I for sure will do some slo-mo.

Most of my setups are funky looking death traps. I took an old tripod and only used that to get up in the tree.

I added a couple of screw-in steps to get a tad bit higher then finally strapped in a lock-on platform to sit on. I added camo netting around me, only giving myself a hole big enough to shoot through. I was hidden very well - in all my sits so far, I've had deer directly under and around me, never once did they get spooked.

My hole I shoot through. In the background is an unsuspecting 11 point that got a pass.

Default Slow motion from GoPro

Here is the slow motion y'all were axin' about. I really paid attention the muscles of the deer - how they tense up before the hit. News flash: deer react pretty fast.

Wow, from what I could see you had a tough shot and you nailed it. Perfect shot! And the camera placement for the "reverse" angle was really cool to watch.

Thanks for sharing.
