Hunted last weekend with my daughter at the Ybar ranch. Food was excellent. Guide and cooks very friendly. Accomodations very clean and nice. Turkey and deer plentiful. Also, saw 2 groups of small hogs and 1 group of javis. This was a good experience. I recommend the ranch.
Our guide had a popup setup about 100 yds from the roost. He did not seem too confident calling however. So, on the 2nd day, we sat without him and I called. My 13 yr old daughter shot a gobbler with a 9 inch beard.
A plus is their sporting clays range. Midday we shot a couple boxes of shells and had a blast.
