          Dehydrator... Shees. I ment dehumidifier. something like this.



          After cold smoking a couple of nights, we (can)move our product back into our butcher room. which is fairly sealed. Small 18x16 or so. Turn that baby on and you cannot believe how much condensation it will collect. Keeps that room super dry. Trust me, well worth the investment
