Help with identifying Winchester 100 grain vs 80 grain ammo.

    Found some old ammo.

I am pretty sure the brass is 100 grain and the silver ones are 80 grain. The problem is the silver ones are slightly longer which may mean they are the 100 grain.

Does anyone know for sure? Thanks

    What's the cartridge designation/caliber?
You could weigh the cartridge, and then compare it to a similar cartridge that you know the weight. That's what I do at work.

the 100gr should weigh about 20 grains more than the 80gr.

Pull a bullet and weigh it.

Just weigh complete cartridges and compare to the weight of a cartridge you know is 80 grain.
