They were a long way off... I shot those with a Canon 5D full frame & Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L & Canon 1.4x EF Extender.

We usually make it to Colorado 2X a year and try to do a Yellowstone visit once a year if possible.

I found another one of the Big Bull Head On. It is really a shame about the Colorado Elk herd. I have been going up there of 10 years and the numbers are going down every year. CWD is taking a huge number of animals every year.... maybe mother nature will get it sorted out and the numbers will improve.
