They can run blood work to test for a clot at the very least.

Yup blood work came back fine. Sounds like I just need to go to cardiologist later to verify everything.

Should also say blood pressure is 110/60. So no indication of any blockage at all.

60 is at the lowest end of acceptable ..Any lower and machines start going off.
