    Fence Post Bow Blind

Our lease is very hard to set up on. We don't have much thick cover to hide in and even less high tree cover. We have found that the deer tend to change their patterns around popups. So wI have thrown a different set up at them this spring. We have used old fence posts tied to a wire panel to structure a modified log blind. I am using a trampoline net to darken the interior and for shade over the top. I didn't take photos during the build or from the interior. I can add those in the future. I expect this to be a great setup this fall. And now I can't get the photos to load. Hopefully I can get them attached soon.

I guess the photos were to large. I cropped the close up photo and it worked. I think the next 2 will post now.

I think that might work well. It's more natural than a pop up.

Blends in pretty good, and they will have all year to get used to it

This blind will actually fit 3 people inside if you wanted to take kids. We used about 1 1/2 panels. We arched a piece of a panel over the top to hang the netting on to make the shade. It looks great inside.
                  This build takes:
figure 2 panels 16 ft long(depending on the size of blind you want)
4 t-posts to help support the weight
                  plenty of tie wire
material to create shade(trampoline netting or similar)

                      That should work!

If not the kids will live to play "fort" in it.
