I've only been to one Bownanza event and it is hard for me to remember about what time of the day that everything gets cranked up and going.
So my question is, when is a good time for the teams to start setting up their stations? |

Teams with pits usually show up about daylight. Team Rib gets there earlier. I would say you want to set up early so that by lunchtime your food is ready to go.......

Team Taquito will be there serving up some of the best breakfast tacos pretty early. Somewhere between 7 and 12.
