The Salt Grass Archery Club has been asked to host the Texas State Senior Games 2009 Archery Competition. Anyone aged 50 and over is eligible to compete. We have a flyer with the details at

The shoot will be held on October 31st at 9:00 AM at Jack Brooks Park. This is a 900 Round game. You will need 6 arrows.

Directions:

If you'd like to visit the range, check our shoot schedule page to see when the range will be open. Then take I-45 South to the FM 2004 exit. Take FM 2004 past the Gulf Greyhound track and go about 2 miles to Jack Brooks Park. Turn right into the park and follow the road to the first stop sign. Take a right at the stop sign and follow the signs until you come to the gate marked Salt Grass Archery Club. We look forward to seeing you there!

Those target are on stands and bigger than most target bails?

Great pic George, you don't look old enough to be shooting with those guys. Wished I could have been there, I was out of town that weekend. My shoulder is so messed up, my shooting days are over. I guess too many year of shooting finaly took its toll.
