Mine did something similar when I first got it, but I can’t remember the error code. In my case it was because my card was declined. Everything looked to me like the card was processed without issue and the account was active, but Covert Support could see that it declined. The card expiration date field on the website is screwy, as a result the expiration date submitted for my card was incorrect. You might check your bank account to see if the transaction posted.
