Trust me I have, all they keep telling me is my background check is still with the FBI. Guess that's the perks of a common name.

I have never been given that specific of information. They must be on to you. The FBI SWAT may be surrounding your house as we speak.

Was actually an email from the examiner.

Your background check was submitted to the FBI on 10/03/2017, they are currently working in date order and are around 09/17/2017. I’m not sure how many are between those two dates but they are getting close to your area.

I got the email address because that examiner emailed me in October and said he was doing my background and needed to know what state I was born in.

Just called for my Form 1 Trust - SBR...'pending'

Well, received a call from Kathleen at the ATF yesterday, very nice lady. My wife and I both wrote 'USA' as place of birth on our fingerprint cards, she wanted to know which state. Also asked me to email her pictures of the serial number and manufacturer on the rifle (I'm SBRing a Marlin 30-30 lever gun). And, said I forgot to sign in one place so she will be sending it back to me for signature. Said everything else looks good. At least I know it's moving in the right direction now!

Man you gotta start a thread on the Marlin .30-30 SBR. It’s the rules.
