Well, we decided to have a little party for new year's Eve tonight. What better way to feed a bunch of my drunk friends? Whole Pig! Bought a 60lb pig from Granzin's, injected yesterday and rubbed down inside. Veggie oil and apple juice on the outside. Here we go!
