After Easter weekend its time for me to run the river and look for catfish. Im going to need some tips T.G. .

Finally had a few hours away from the grind yesterday afternoon. Caught several more undersized and all the females still full of eggs.

Blues and channel Cats are still gonna be in 20+ water, unless there is a sudden rise in lake level. Look in the creek channels and deep holes where there are drop offs at the present. As soon as water temp comes up a bit more, they will be pre staging the flats for spawning.

The fish are biting, and there's hogs to be kilt. Gotta go!

A lake came back up a foot above normal in the last 24 hours.

W lake came up half a foot in the last 24 hours.

But Grandbury has closed it's gate today.
