WTT wt cull, manager or doe hunt for Deerlease roof repair

Any roofing experts out there that want to come fix a few leaky spots on our deer lease house. Willing to trade cull hunts or maybe a management deer or does. Ranch is located north between Brackettville and Del Rio about 20’miles north. Let me know what questions you may have. The roof now is tar and pea gravel with some sort of spray foam over it. We just put 10 gal of elastomeric sealent on It and 2 days later the rain hits and it still leaks. Shoot me some questions

Probably better plan to put a metal roof on it.

Sloped roof. If I had to guess 4/12 or 5/12 about 1200 sqft

                  That house sounds familiar.

moisture might leak out of that insulation board and between the layers under a built up roof for weeks after its been repaired. That said there's 2 kinds of built up roofs. Those that leak and those that are going to leak so good luck with that!

I have never seen a tar and gravel roof with a pitch to it.
if it is indeed a flat roof you are going to have a hard time locating where the actual leak is coming from.Unless there is an obvious hole , water cam come in on spot and run to where ever it chooses to drip into your ceiling.
